Happy Employees, Productive Workplace
Employee Coaching
Employee coaching includes outplacement for staff you are making redundant, employee and spouse relocation for those moving within the UK or overseas, return to work or life coaching, as well as Gallup strengths coaching.
I work with business owners and HR departments from a variety of sectors including tech, start-up, and charity to provide employee coaching that meets both business and staff needs.
Outplacement & Redundancy Coaching
Providing outplacement coaching for employees you need to make redundant, helps both those that are losing their jobs, as well as those employees that remain, feel more positive about your company as it shows you care about employees.
More importantly for the person who has been made redundant, outplacement coaching provides the tools and confidence to enable them to find and land a better job.
Given each person is unique; the participant can decide what they want to cover from the options below:
- Emotions around redundancy and transition
- Career exploration
- Career change
- Job motivation, organisation, and company fit
- Personal branding
- CV development
- How to get a CV shortlisted by Applicant Tracking Systems
- Cover letters
- Optimising LinkedIn profiles to get noticed by recruiters
- Networking
- Job search strategies
- Strengths coaching based on Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder
- Work-life balance coaching
- Setting up as a freelancer
Each outplacement coaching session lasts up to 60 minutes. The frequency differs, depending on the requirements of each person but must be taken within a 3-6 month time frame to keep the person motivated and moving forward. Coaching can take place via Skype or Zoom.

Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment
Gallup research proves that people succeed when they focus on what they do best. When they identify their talents and develop them into strengths, people are more productive, perform better, and are six times happier at work.
With outplacement participants, I help them identify what they bring and need from a workplace based on their strengths. We then match this insight to potential job descriptions to ensure a new ‘right fit’ job is obtained.
Return to Work or Life Coaching for Staff
Return to work coaching and/or life coaching enables staff to proactively manage daily challenges as well as develop, grow, and achieve. It is used to deal with specific as well as general work or personal issues such as returning to work after long-term leave such as maternity or developing a better work-life balance. Clients who have had this coaching have reported increased confidence and performance.

Employee and Spouse/Partner Relocation Coaching
Coaching is an integral component of successful employee relocation. It is a fact that one of the main reasons that an employee resigns and goes back to their home country is because the spouse/partner cannot find work in their new country of residence.
I have provided relocation coaching to spouses/partners from across the globe, FAANG to charity to stay at home, as part of company relocation packages. We cover integration coaching, topics such as planning for the move, settling into a new location, as well as job search support. The job search support also includes cultural differences when it comes to job hunting and working in the UK. Research can also be provided on topics such as clubs for children, how to get a UK driving license, and local supermarkets. Having moved internationally myself as a relocating spouse, I can empathise with the expat employees, spouses, and families.

Strengths Coaching based on Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder
Do you and your staff do what you do best every day? Are you engaged in your job?
A strengths-based development strategy starts by focusing on what people do well. It emphasises and builds on natural talents. It takes the attitude that managing weakness prevents failure and building strengths leads to success.
In their extensive research, Gallup found that when employees know and use their Strengths, they are more engaged, perform better, and are less likely to leave their company. The company recently stated that 94% of Fortune 500 companies use this assessment as well as universities, charities, churches and small businesses to improve communication and collaboration.
Research has shown that:
- People who know their talents and have the opportunity to use them at work are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs than those who don’t.
- People who know their talents and have the opportunity to use them at work are more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life in general.
- People who use their strengths every day have a 7.8% greater productivity.
- Teams whose managers received some form of strengths education or intervention saw a 12.5% boost in productivity and an 8.9% increase in profitability.
- The turnover rate among workers who received strengths feedback was 14.9% lower than among employees who received no feedback.
I can partner with you to provide strengths coaching for leaders, managers, and teams.
