As an Accredited Fellow Coach and an Accredited Fellow Mentor—the highest level you can attain in the profession—I bring years of industry insight and knowledge to my coaching sessions. I consistently enable clients to gain clarity in who they are and what they want to accomplish career-wise, job-wise, or life-wise, and we then build confidence with tools, techniques, and best practices so they can achieve it. And they do.
CLIENTS: Professional coaching clients come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, in numerous industries and professions, from executives to graduates, those returning to work, and those who are retiring.
PROCESS: Throughout our sessions, I listen deeply, reflect back what I hear, and create space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Action-oriented, whilst being known for being supportive and empathetic, I am continuously moving things forward. Versatile and flexible, we cover what is most important during each coaching session.

Before becoming a professional coach, I worked as a BBC radio producer and reporter. Before that, I was a PR professional with the international aid and development agency, World Vision. I have lived in The Seychelles, Sri Lanka, and New York, and currently live in West Sussex in the UK with my family and three-legged cat 🙂
