Increasingly clients are choosing online coaching via Skype or FaceTime, instead of face to face or the telephone. This is for several reasons.
With heavy workloads, work-related travel and pressures on work-life balance, coaching can take at a time and a place convenient to you.
For an organisation, the same coach can be used for staff based all over the world. This promotes continuity and also enables the coach to gain deep knowledge about the organisation.
Due to slow internet speeds or personal preference, some clients choose telephone coaching.
Online Coaching Session Length and Frequency
Each session lasts 60 minutes. Sessions can take place:
- Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- During the day, in the evening or at the weekend.
Coaching works best when the client is fully committed so it is important to have a choice and flexible appointment times. Whatever your chosen method, the same amount of professional input is given.
